H.^XO.P.E. is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2009. It was initially conceived while working with inmates at the Phelps Correctional Center located in Dequincy Louisiana.  H.^XO.P.E.'s board members (listed below) have over 9 years of direct working experience in the prison, to include prison ministry, and have a network of prison resources in Louisiana, Texas and North Carolina. The roles and responsibilities of the board members in this non-profit effort is solely for the sake of God alone.
